A SIMPLE DAILY RESET

My Daily 7

Seven quick check-ins that keep prevention and whole-person care visible—without diagnosing what a low score means.

Today’s Whole-Health Reflection

Choose a rating for each area to see a gentle, non-diagnostic reflection.

LEARN • PRACTICE • PREVENT

Whole Health Toolkit

Use the tools you need today. Nothing here is designed to tell you what disease you have.

🥗

Nourish My Body

Build balanced-meal ideas, hydration habits, label-reading skills, and questions for a clinician or dietitian.

🧠

Calm My Mind

Grounding, journaling, progressive relaxation, emotional naming, and support-seeking guidance.

🌬️

Breathe & Regulate

Use the on-screen gentle breathing guide for a one-, two-, or three-minute reset.

🚶

Move My Body

Gentle movement ideas, chair options, walking, mobility, and reminders to follow professional restrictions.

🌙

Rest & Restore

Build a wind-down routine and use a simple rest timer for pacing during the day.

🛡️

Prevent & Protect

Organize preventive-care conversations, routine visits, screening questions, dental/vision care, and medication lists.

SUPPORTIVE HEALING MODALITY

Music & Sound for Well-Being

Music may support relaxation, mood, connection, movement, and reflection. TLC presents music as a supportive wellness practice—not a cure or replacement for treatment.

Calm & Regulate

Create a playlist of music that feels steady, comforting, and non-overstimulating. Pair it with breathing, rest, journaling, or stretching.

Move With Music

Pair an appropriate song with walking, chair movement, stretching, or therapist-approved exercises.

Music + Reflection

Choose a song that matches your emotional state, then journal: “What am I feeling? What do I need? What can I release?”

🎵 Open Music Unites Souls

Music therapy is a clinical profession. A credentialed music therapist may use music therapeutically within a formal treatment plan. Casual music listening can support well-being but is not the same as clinical music therapy.
COMPLEMENTARY, NOT REPLACEMENT CARE

Natural & Complementary Modalities

Explore supportive practices through an evidence-and-safety lens. “Natural” does not automatically mean safe, effective, or appropriate for every person.

🧘 Meditation & Mindfulness

Attention practices for stress regulation, awareness, and emotional steadiness.

Generally low risk

🫁 Gentle Breathwork

Comfortable paced breathing for relaxation. TLC avoids aggressive breath-holding or hyperventilation practices.

Gentle techniques only

🧘‍♀️ Yoga & Stretching

Mobility, balance, body awareness, and relaxation when medically appropriate.

Modify for ability

💆 Massage

May support relaxation and comfort for some people. Certain medical conditions can change what is safe.

Ask when unsure

🌿 Herbs & Supplements

Some products can interact with medications, surgery, pregnancy, or medical conditions. Review them with an appropriate professional.

Professional review advised

☀️ Nature & Daylight

Time outdoors, appropriate daylight exposure, quiet space, and social connection can be supportive wellness habits.

Lifestyle support

🛁 Heat / Cold Comfort

Warm or cool applications may feel helpful for some people, but temperature extremes are not appropriate for everyone.

Check contraindications

🙏 Spiritual Practice

Optional prayer, gratitude, reflection, meaning, and faith-based practices for people who find them supportive.

Optional & personal

Optional spiritual resources for reflection and personal meaning. They are separate from medical guidance and are not presented as medical treatment.

TLC Evidence & Safety Key

SupportiveReasonable wellness practice with relatively low risk for many people.
Discuss FirstCould interact with medications, diagnoses, pregnancy, surgery, balance, circulation, or other health factors.
Professional CareSymptoms or measurements may require licensed clinical evaluation rather than self-treatment.
KNOW • TRACK • DISCUSS

My Body Snapshot

Optional measurements are stored only in this browser in this review version. TLC uses them to organize trends—not diagnose disease.

Body-mass screening

Enter height and weight to calculate BMI. BMI is only one screening measure and does not describe a person's full health.

Tracking reminder

A measurement can be useful context, but one number rarely tells the whole story. Unexpected, concerning, or changing measurements deserve professional interpretation—especially when symptoms are present.

PREPARE • QUESTION • UNDERSTAND • PARTNER

Be an Active Partner in Your Health

TLC is designed to help you prepare for professional care—not diagnose yourself and not follow recommendations without understanding them.

Two extremes TLC avoids

Self-diagnosis: “I researched this, so I know exactly what is wrong.”

Blind obedience: “A professional recommended it, so I should never ask why.”

The TLC approach: informed partnership. Learn enough to ask better questions, share accurate information, understand the recommendation, and make decisions with appropriate professional guidance.

Your healthcare conversation has two experts

Your healthcare professional brings education, examination, testing, clinical experience, and professional judgment.

You bring your lived experience: symptoms, history, daily function, medications and supplements, nutrition, goals, concerns, priorities, and what has changed.

Neither side benefits when important information is missing.

Questions worth asking

Select any questions you want to carry into your next visit. TLC will add them to your Appointment Prep notes below.

Research to prepare—not to replace evaluation. Professionals can make mistakes, patients can misunderstand, and online information can be wrong. Use reputable sources, ask questions, verify what you do not understand, and bring your research back into the clinical conversation. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment solely because of information from TLC or elsewhere online.

WHEN WELLNESS TOOLS ARE NOT ENOUGH

Some situations need professional or emergency care.

TLC is not designed to evaluate emergencies. New or severe chest pain, serious trouble breathing, signs of stroke, loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, a severe allergic reaction, or immediate danger to yourself or someone else requires urgent professional help.
